When we finish a task request, we give you a link where you can view and download your respective files. We can provide your graphic design tasks with JPGs, PNGs, PDFs, and its relevant source files.
To access past requests, simply visit your account in the Solution Oliver Platform.
It’s also possible to download your entire Solution Oliver request history — just reach out to our Customer Success team at help@solutionoliver.com and they’ll give you a hand. However, this is only applicable to clients with active accounts.
